Medical Marijuana Certification Evaluations 

At Kind Concierge Care, Dr. Griffin is certified to evaluate patients for eligibility under Florida's Medical Marijuana Use Program. For individuals living with qualifying medical conditions, medical marijuana may provide an additional option for symptom management and improved quality of life.

Our goal is to provide a thorough, professional evaluation in a comfortable, judgment-free environment where your questions and concerns are addressed with care.

During your visit, Dr. Griffin will review your medical history and determine whether medical marijuana may be an appropriate treatment option for your individual needs.
Who May Qualify?

Florida law allows qualified physicians to recommend medical marijuana for patients with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to:

Medical Marijuana Certification Evaluation: $200

Our fee covers your initial certification evaluation with Dr. Griffin. State registration fees are separate and paid directly to the State of Florida.

Disabled Parking Permit Evaluation & Paperwork Assistance

At Kind Concierge Care, Dr. Griffin provides Disabled Parking Permit Evaluations and Paperwork Assistance for patients whose medical conditions limit their mobility.

Whether you are dealing with chronic pain, arthritis, a heart or lung condition, a neurological disorder, or recovering from surgery or injury, Dr. Griffin can evaluate your eligibility and help guide you through the process.
What to Expect:
  • Schedule an appointment with Dr. Griffin
  • Complete a mobility evaluation
  • If you qualify, we'll complete the required Florida paperwork
  • Submit your application to the local Tax Collector's Office to receive your permit
Disabled Parking Permit Evaluation & Paperwork Assistance: $200

Approval is based on Florida eligibility requirements and physician evaluation.
